A master Bard who has explored the ways of combat using both magic and dance, this Duskwight adventurer is an easy-going rather laconic Elezen given to romantic and classical gestures and speech most of the time, but also has a fiery side.He is known for his whimsical style and clothing, which some might think scandalous and flamboyant, but merely is his personal expression of freedom of choice. Be that choice of partner for a lifetime or a night, whether male, female or somewhere delightfully in between.
Origins & Life
From a line of Duskwights who chose to remain behind in Gelmorra, his family name is still known even today amongst his Elezen cousins as one of distinctness due to their particularly keen eyesight, hearing and tracking skills. Gren's eyes, a luminous copper, are a marked trait of his lineage.Gren grew up in Muy-Tuy with parents and an older sibling who each continued the local and family trade, but he struck out early wanting to see the world, the other lands and nations of Eorzea and beyond. His affable nature helped him make friends easily along his rambling path, and he admits he was lucky to be able to pursue whatever job, profession or lover he wished.
The Future Now
The future isn't something Gren thinks of often, having preferred to live more in the moment, but of late he noticed a desire within himself to have a regular companion, a partner, to share more of himself with and take time to learn more of them.His family does indeed want him to "settle down" and start a family, which he has assured them he is not quite to that point yet, but he has set about assembling a household of like minded individuals, a place for friends to gather. A safe space and home for wanderers to come and go as they please.The creation of the free company, The Lilacs, was the first step in achieving his dream. The estate can be found in Empyreum (Phantom), Ward 21 Lot 16, and visitors of like mind are encouraged to visit and enjoy The Lilacs Tavern & Bathhouse.
